  • What is your price?

    Our prices vary as we produce a wide range of products with up to hundreds of different functions. Please contact us for further discussion.

  • What products can you offer?

    We offer products such as automotive paint protection films, window solar films, architectural films, as well as functional films like release films and PVC furniture protection films.

  • Can you provide samples?

    We provide free samples based on customer requirements, but the shipping costs are at the customer's expense. These costs will be reimbursed to the customer once an order is placed.

  • Is there a minimum order quantity?

    Yes, we have a minimum order quantity for different products. Please contact us for specific inquiries.

  • What is your delivery time?

    For samples, we can complete delivery within seven days. The delivery time for formal orders is influenced by various factors including stock status and production scheduling. For orders with a prepayment received, we will complete production and delivery within 35 days.

  • What are the payment terms?

    For the first cooperation, a 100% prepayment is required. A 30% deposit via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) is needed, with the remaining 70% to be paid before shipment.

  • How to handle quality issues?

    We assist customers in analyzing the causes of quality issues. If the quality problems are due to our mistakes, we will take responsibility. We make every effort to avoid quality issues but are not afraid to face them and take responsibility when they occur.

  • This is my first time trying protective film products, how should I use them?

    We have extensive experience in the installation and use of protective film products. For different products, we provide detailed guidance, including pictures and videos, to help you quickly learn the basics of the products.
